Quick update...

A friend of mine, fellow soldier in Christ's army and a brother, is working on a website for this. It is still in the, "Coming Soon," stage but we are hoping to get it up and going in a few weeks. It is going to be exciting and tailor made for guys as a tool to fellowship with other brothers an draw closer to Christ. It is bigger than anything that I ever imagined and is something only God could orchestrate.

Stay tuned. It is going to be awesome. I will give you more information on the new site later.

Here is how it reads:

I am going to try to update as often as possible. But, the reality is, that's probably about once a week. The Lord has given me rest in Him just so I could do this much because pretty much every post I make will be cutting into my sleep that I don't get enough of already.

The week thing is a good thing as far as I am concerned because it gives us a chance to discuss what has been said. It gives you a chance to agree, disagree, ask questions and discuss the topic with all of your brothers. With that said, it is important that you check back to the site even if I haven’t updated because the conversation hopefully will last. It may take a wile for the site to start getting hits but after a week or two we should be rolling pretty well.

Keep referring other guys to this site. The more interaction the better and the more guys we have thinking on the things of God, the more we drew closer to the Lord together.

My posts are going to leave you hanging a little bit. For a couple of reasons: I am only able to right a little at a time; the Lord has only been revealing a little at a time to me; it gives us the opportunity to really meditate on the idea presented; and most guys don't like reading super-long posts. So hang in there and keep checking up on us.

"Honor all people.
Love the brotherhood.
Fear God.
Honor the king."
  1 Peter 2:17

Here is how it works:

If you are either a (listed alphabetically) bachelor, best man, boy, brother, fiancé (with one "e" at the end), groomsman, guy, husband, male, or man, than you are eligible to be on the protected list that gets to view the study. The reason for this is because I want you guys to feel completely comfortable to share your questions, fears, ideas, and things you feel very strong about without having the mindset of trying to impress, sound poetic or even be right because a girl you know, or don't know, might be reading your posts—whatever that means to you.

If you want to join in or simply observe the topics you have two ways of doing that. One, you can email me at ToThoseWhoAreCalled@gmail.com. Two, you can just subscribe to the site and I should notice that you have subscribed and put you on the protected list. There is a chance that I could email you anyway if you subscribe to verify that indeed you do meet the rigorous requirements listed above.

Again, this is a "No Girls Allowed" zone. It's time with the boys. This is a place were we can be brothers and we can be friends. Learning together and helping each other. Carrying each others burdens and lifting each other up.

Now don't be fooled. It's not the "ear tickling" zone either. It will not be drama free and it will not be argument free. Hopefully we will be accountable to each other in conducting ourselves in a Christ-like fashion. This will not be a place of crud jokes and idle talk. Let’s keep this focused on pulling each other closer together and closer to Christ. That doesn't mean that you have to agree and only post positive comments. If you think I am out of line or another brother is out of line, feel free to say so! That will make us stronger and make us more united as brothers. It will also solidify our beliefs. This is why it is guys only. We are not sticking up for any women here. It is your brothers and your Father on a spiritual journey together so that we can learn what true discipleship is all about.
